Announcing the 2010 NJCFSA College Scholarship

The application for the 2010 NJCFSA Scholarship for high school seniors is now available online. The Scholarship is in the amount of $1000, payable to the institution of higher learning in which the applicant is either accepted or enrolled. Follow the links below to access the documents on our website.  Print out the application with instructions and return them complete and signed to the address below. The application form includes a checklist to help ensure compliance with the process. The Application is due by April 19, 2010. The winner will be announced May 17, 2010.

Contributions to the NJCFSA Scholarship Fund are greatly needed so we can continue to support the educational aspirations of young people with CFS. Please contact the Scholarship Chairperson above for instructions on how to contribute directly to the Fund. All contributions are tax deductible. The Scholarship is part of NJCFSA's continuing mission to serve CFS patients and their families in the State of New Jersey.
